Refund Policy

At Task Clinic LLC ("TaskClinic"), we strive to provide high-quality digital products, subscriptions, and expert services. Because of the nature of digital goods and services, our refund policy varies by product type. Please review the terms below carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable guides, templates, repair manuals, and other digital resources purchased through our Solutions Store.
- Non-Refundable Once Downloaded: Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after delivery.
- Defective Products: If a digital product is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will either provide a corrected version or issue a full refund at our discretion.
- Pre-Purchase Review: We encourage you to read product descriptions, previews, and reviews carefully before purchasing.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription plans provide recurring access to TaskClinic's premium features, AI diagnostics, and other services.
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access for the remainder of that period but will not be charged again.
- Trial Periods: If a free trial is offered and you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be billed accordingly.
3. Expert Services
Expert services include live consultations, remote support sessions, and personalized assistance from verified tech professionals.
- Service Not Delivered: If you paid for an expert session and the expert failed to appear or the session was not delivered as described, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
- Completed Sessions: Once an expert session has been completed and the service has been delivered, no refund will be issued. By joining a session, you acknowledge that the service is being rendered.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of an expert session, please contact us with details. While we cannot guarantee a refund for completed sessions, we will review your case and may offer a credit or complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
- Contact us at support@taskclinic.com with your transaction details and a description of the issue.
- We will investigate the matter and respond within 5 business days.
- Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If you do not recognize a charge, please check your email for a receipt from TaskClinic before disputing.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your full name and account email address
- Date of purchase and order or transaction ID
- Description of the issue and reason for the refund request
