4. User Responsibilities

As a user of TaskClinic, you agree to:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect on their account.
• TaskClinic does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or resolutions from any paid service, product, or subscription.

6. Refund Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Task Clinic LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Damage to hardware or software resulting from following recommendations
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TaskClinic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content, branding, technology, software, designs, and materials on TaskClinic are the exclusive property of Task Clinic LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as images or device descriptions) but grant Task Clinic LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Task Clinic LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Task Clinic LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email.
